Holidays in Sardinia: because they like them so much

Holidays in Sardinia: cheap (and not expensive) stay in nature, surrounded by clean air!

This is certainly one of the most difficult times we have faced in our life, a worldwide emergency linked to the Coronavirus that forces us to stay home, away from our friends and loved ones, often away from work. The summer tourist season of 2020 will suffer a sharp slowdown, but don't worry because we are working for you in order to offer you a very special holiday in Sardinia and leave behind this painful spring.

Holidays in Sardinia: why everyone likes them

Italy offers a lot to tourists: food and wine, art and architecture, high peaks and hills, wonderful seas and beaches.
Sardinia boasts hundreds of beaches ranked among the best in Italy, inlets of white, silver or golden sand around its more than 1,000 km of coast, peninsulas and islands. Some popular beaches are in  concession, although these tend to be so spacious that there is plenty of free space! Then there are the unspoiled ones for those who are willing to stock up on supplies by themselves, but most of these beaches have a stall that sells drinks, ice cream and snacks.
And if you think that holidays in Sardinia are expensive, you should reconsider! Its image is distorted by the Costa Smeralda, an undeniably beautiful area in the north-east, developed around the city of Porto Cervo by Prince Karim Aga Khan in the 1960s. His adventurous and millionaire development has extended towards the north to Palau, and south towards the city of Olbia. But elsewhere, from the north-west of the city of Alghero, which having been a colony of Spain brings traces of Catalan culture and tradition, to the white dunes of the south and the rocky east, the coast of the island offers space, surprisingly low prices and a friendly reception.
